How do I play Hoppix?

Tap anywhere on the screen to make your character hop upward. Time your taps to fly through the gap in each spinning ring. Miss the gap and it's game over. See how many hoops you can get through!

How do I change my character?

From the main menu, tap the character portrait to open the character selector. You can choose from Cat, Dog, Bunny, Bear, Frog, and Panda.

How do I turn off the music or sound?

Tap the speaker icon in the top corner during gameplay to toggle music and sound effects on or off.

My purchase didn't go through. What should I do?

All purchases are handled by Apple. Please check your Apple ID account for the transaction. If the issue persists, use the "Restore Purchases" button in the app, or contact Apple Support directly.

The game is crashing. What should I try?

First, close the app completely and reopen it. If that doesn't help, try restarting your device. Make sure your iOS is up to date. If the problem continues, please contact us. It really helps if you can describe what was happening when the crash occurred.

Is Hoppix safe for kids?

How do I request deletion of my data?
